AM5 (Ryzen 7000/9000) is officially DDR5-5200/5600 but tops out near DDR5-6000 CL30 in 1:1 Infinity Fabric mode — that's the real sweet spot. Push past 6400 MT/s and you drop to a 2:1 ratio and lose latency. Intel 14th gen runs DDR5-5600 officially but CUDIMM/XMP gets you 7200-8400. Threadripper sTR5 wants ECC DDR5-5200 quad-channel. Xeon W9 runs 8-channel DDR5-4800 ECC.
